Prayer and More Waiting

We found out this week that the Ethiopian court is requiring new documents for our case to be submitted to court. Because of several factors with our case, these papers could be difficult to get. Please join us in praying that the social workers are able to quickly gather the needed documents or that the judge reconsiders and drops this requirement all together. It's been a hard week in understanding all this...a lot of emotion in being told we have to wait...again. But, this is our children's journey and we will do whatever it takes to get them home! We are praying and hoping for quick and complete resolution and trusting God for the grace to walk through this uncertain time. Please pray with us, especially this upcoming week, as we hope for a final decision from the court.

Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. I say to myself, "The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for Him." The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. Lamentations 3:22-26

  1. I'm excited about your journey. It must get a bit wearisome and such, but keep pressing on! Much love, Wanda
