We Are Adopting Again!

If you haven't heard yet, we are excited to let our little blog world know, we are adopting from Ethiopia again! We decided to give ourselves a little time to get the ball rolling before we announced it to the world. SO....our dossier has just been sent to Ethiopia, TODAY, of all days...kinda fun:). I'll hopefully be posting more details very soon about our journey so far. Feel free to leave a question in the comments section if there's anything you're curious about.

It's been a very different ride so's just as sweet, scary, emotional, and beautiful as last time, just...different. Also our blog will be undergoing some changes as we prepare to travel this new road before us. I may actually start a whole new blog and leave this one "as is" for Malachi and Haddie to have someday, not sure yet. We took this picture right after we had decided to adopt again, so it has a lot of meaning for us...we're celebrating all that's been and expectantly awaiting what's to come...

  1. Many blessings to you guys and I look forward to continuing to follow your journey to your new little one(s)!

  2. So exciting! Continued prayer for you and your family! I found this quote in an adoption article when we first started our process. I just love it....

Adoption is one of the greatest blessings you will ever encounter. It is also, at the same time, one of the greatest challenges you will ever encounter. But to those who are called, His grace is sufficient and His blessings assured!

  3. wow! how exciting! are you using CWA again? i would love to hear more details! congratulations!

  4. WHAT!?!? This is (almost) as shocking as finding out I'm pregnant. :) Congratulations!!!! I have a million questions, but among them: age, gender, what's the timeline look like this time around...?

Also, did you know that you can turn your blog into a book. Just google it for options. Then you could keep this blog for your first two - publish to a book - and keep going for #3. :) Just a thought.

  5. Yay so excited for you! Congrats! I have so many questions -- aware you using CWA again? What age are you looking at? One or two? What does your timeframe look like? Can't wait to hear all about it :)
